I had no problem filling out the form and got a confirmation- although i had to scroll all the way up to see it- the page looked like it was blank at first. How did you find out that the surfboard isn’t included? That was the whole reason i wanted it!!!
You must have a business to get the cute little guy. I did it and got to a mini survey designed around their products, and then they confirmed it on next page.
The surfboard is what attracted me… but the lil man clock is cute even without it so… I’ll cross fingers & hope that “while supplies last” doesn’t mean I don’t get one!

I have a gmail account that actually filters out the spam automatically to a seperate folder so I can delete it all with the press of just one button!
