i figured out one problem with submitting the form…it’s the birthdate.
i was trying to insert the cursor into each section and typing the numbers…that left underscores in the date. it wouldn’t take the form, and i kept trying and it didn’t take it.
then i tried just putting the cursor in front of the underscore and typing the numbers in, when i did it that way it replaced the underscores with the numbers and the form went through.
i don’t know why they do stuff like that, why not use a simple format for dates in every form?
