Lil Kathy, when you’re on a remodel job, where people live or work, and they have finished floors, i.e. carpeting, tile, linoleum, hardwood, and if you’ve been working where your shoes or boots get mudded up or full of tar or glue or whatever, these little shoecovers will prevent you from tracking in the gunk that is stuck to your boots or shoes, and also prevent you from having to pay for new floor covering and possibly losing that customer. I know this ’cause I have done it before on jobs accidently, with not-so-fun results, if you catch my drift. I hope this helps.
