lisa, thank you so much for the birthday wishes! I had a really nice day at school today; the kids didn’t drive me crazy, and my family had a party for me tonight, which was quite enjoyable. The German Chocolate Cake was outstanding, too! Chip Chip Hurray!!! Thanks to everyone that sent birthday wishes my way…you guys are all the best!!!! :)

On September 25, 2008, the U.S. House of Representatives approved the bipartisan Breast Cancer Patient Protection Act, which would end the practice of “drive-through” mastectomies, when women are forced to leave the hospital within hours of undergoing major breast cancer surgery.
But the act still needs your support! Sign the petition below now and urge the Senate and the president to take the next steps to pass this bill.

I did and signed up, TY Chellie. Did you set your myspace to private yet? That is a good thing also. Thank You Wolf for the awareness I know a few women who have had the procedure done and they would thank you also I am sure. Everything in this old world is moving to fast and to many fast pace changes. They don’t take the time anymore to consider they are altering human lives and it is a big mental as well as physical change that needs dealt with kindness and understand. Plus people in general are PUSHED our of the hospitals WAY to early anymore. Even for child birth, new Mothers need time to heal and direction not 24 hours and alright GO HOME. Hope my signing the petition helps!

thanks wolf I have a 29 yr old daughter that was diagnosed with non hodgkins lymphoma almost 2 yrs ago she has been in remission since aug of last year. she was a stage 2 when it was detected i have never really paid much attention to cancer until this happened kind of a wake up call it can happen to any of us.
