I found a really quick and easy dessert recipe so I am passing it on. We tried it at Thanksgiving and it was a hit. It may have been around along time, but the first time we have tried it. Just made another one today. :-)

                                                                                                       Quick Dessert

24 graham crackers (rolled)
1 stick margarine ( melted)

Combine and press into 9 X9 cake pan to form crust.

Crumble together: 3 Tbsp. peanut butter
                                    1/2 cup powdered sugar

Divide in half. First half sprinkle on crust. Second half save for topping. Make 1 box instant vanilla pudding as directed on box, less 1/2 cup milk. Pour over crust and sprinkle with topping. Refrigerate 1/2 hour. Serve.

Very easy to make and you could even use a store bought graham cracker pie shell to make it even easier.
