The biggest misconception about Sushi is that it is raw fish. Actually Sushi is the rice part of the dish. You can go to Fresno & order a California Sushi roll & you’ll get Avocado & Rice. Its really good! There are all kinds of vegetable sushi. It doesn’t have to be raw fish. Thats why they asked if you want a Seafood “OR” Sushi book. Try it…you might be pleasantly surprised!
