Blazemom, sorry to miss you in evenings, but after all day on the comp I tend to stay out of Crapperville after 8pm. Maddog, we’re not all asleep zzzzz by then either…although at times that might not be a bad idea ;?) No TFC in the mail today. Oh well, maybe tomorrow will bring some goodies.

My heart goes out to this family in such a difficult time of loss. I wish to share this with you also, That you may find it in your hearts to send a note to Channel 9 News. They will forward it to the family. I end my comment with atears in my eyes. Rest in peace my dear child.

ORANGE PARK, Fla. — Detectives searching for a missing 7-year-old north Florida girl said they found the body of a young child in a Georgia landfill Wednesday, but it has not yet been identified.

Clay County, Fla., Sheriff Rick Beseler first said the partially covered body was a female, but then corrected himself and said he couldn’t yet confirm the gender. The parents of Somer Thompson, who has been missing since Monday, have been notified.

The body was found by Clay County detectives who followed garbage trucks from the girl’s neighborhood to Folkston, Ga., just north of the Florida border in Charlton County, Ga.

  31. Burk

    You’re welcome, bomb. Me too.

  32. Maddog

Observer, very interesting about the Zip Lock bags first used on submarines. Although, if I were one of those sailors on a submarine and the Navy issued me a Zip Lock bag, I don’t think I’d be worried about my sandwich getting all wet. I mean, water coming into a submarine at, let’s say, 2000 feet below sea level might, just might, be an issue. Don’t panic!

  33. joe blow

oh kissy kissy bomb..ugh….Hey matt now you have something to put your “stash” in..woohooo

  34. Maddog

Matt, I’m sure everyone here and all over the world bleeds today for that little girl’s soul and her family and friends. God, this just shouldn’t be. It should not. Let her have passed quickly, without pain. Hopefully, the person(s) responsible didn’t let her fear too much. But, unfortunately, those types of people (animals) don’t see or care. Rest ye hearts in the palms of His outstretched hands. Vaya con Dios muchacha pequena. Vaya con Dios.

  35. CMDR_Dave

How about the right to arm bears with ziploc bags on submarines? :-)
