   Try walking around your house buck naked! It’s a much better deterrent from gaining those extra 10 pounds in the first place. ;~)

    Lose 300 pounds in a week. Just divorce your spouse and throw out the lazy good for nothing kids with her. Especially the lazy kids with no life. Far as i care they can sleep on the street and hook their lazy booty. I have had enough of the sleep all day and party all night crap. Never have i seen such a waste of good air to so lame lazy pill popping drunk pieces of crap. NEVER!!!
