   I filled it out and “USA” was the option above WALES. Went thru fine.

   @Gibson: Thank you – you are correct! Usually, when filling out forms, I don’t use their list of options, if they are long. I just type in my own answer. (i.e.: I’d type “USA” instead of searching for “United States,” as they have it.) I guess that’s what made the difference this time. Again, thank you.

   (Thanks to Gibson, we now know how to get our sample sent to us in the USA!)

   Ooooops! Sorry, y’all – they DO NOT ship to the USA! Rats!
   Here’s what they sent me in their “confirmation email”:
   Dear Customer,
   Thank you for your enquiry for a sample of our Natural Premium Dog Food.
   Unfortunately we are unable to ship to your country at present, but will be coming to USA very soon.
   Thank you for your interest in Whites Premium.

   Oh well, we tried.
