   ….the Maitre`d strolled out & gently placed the platter of freshly caught Sockeye Salmon right in front of me. The aroma rose up as I caught his enviable grin. I proceeded to look down at this beautiful beast that was so elegantly displayed. Then in a moments notice, it raised its poor head and looked me square into my eyes and sqeeked out the words “Why me?” :~(
